Every wall lining had to be removed: ceiling, walls, floor.
Most of the wall structures had to be rebuilt, levelled and straightened.
The old and messy plumbing was removed and had to be upgraded and rebuilt.
The floor structure had to be reinforced and carefully levelled.
After levelling and rebuilding the substructure, the new floor and ceiling lining was quickly installed.

All joints in the wet areas need to be very carefully waterpoofed.
After waterproofing the joints, the entire wall and floor area receive three coats of the waterproofing membrane.
