Window Façade Renovation

Job brief:

• Replace windows
• Repair water and structural damages
• Opening of the lounge room to the backyard
• Thermal insulation of the façade
• Prepare the façade for a deck planned for a later stage

We dismantled the entire façade to gain access to the building structure. The structure was in a desolate condition and needed reinforcement and repair before we could install the new windows and doors. The façade was then insulated and re-cladded. The project was completed within three weeks.
