A small project with a big impact. In a previous renovation, the bathroom and toilet had been placed within the main living area—creating a cramped dining space directly beside the toilet.
Our current renovation offered the chance to reconfigure this layout, moving the bathroom away from the dining area, relocating the toilet for added privacy, and introducing a contemporary design with updated fittings. The scope also included a kitchen refresh and new laundry cabinetry.
Understanding our client’s needs and preferences was the foundation of the project. From these discussions, we developed a detailed design proposal and a clear quote aligned with their vision. The client’s engagement and clear direction made the process both efficient and rewarding.
Careful planning and coordination ensured a smooth build. With eight trades involved, consistent communication and hands-on project management were essential. Thanks to strong teamwork and a well-organised schedule, the renovation was completed ahead of time.
The result is a bright, spacious living zone, a kitchen with more storage space and a Nordic Look, and a stylish, comfortable bathroom—spaces that now feel connected, modern, and thoughtfully designed.
