The situation of the roof construction made a conclusive assessment of the cause for the water leak impossible as we were unable to locate the water ingress; somewhere, the tanking had a small leak.
To allow regular maintenance work and durable repair work, we decided to build a new roof over the existing structure and tidy up the hot water system.
